How long has your family been in the seafood business?

My family has been in the industry since 1950. I grew up in it aged 50 now.

What do you think are the three best things about eating seafood? 

1) It's just delicious! 2) It's the healthy alternative to meats and chicken. 3) It's a great source of lean protein and nutrients, including omega-3 oils which are great for the heart.
