What is one of your favourite fish?
All-year-round, long-line-caught snapper is beautiful, and it’s here within a day of it being caught and packed in NZ, it’s so fresh!
What are the three things you’d like people to know about seafood?
1 It is easy to prepare, grilling or pan-frying is easy.
2. It’s so good for you!
3. Fresh fish doesn’t smell fishy, insist on fresh fish and you’ll always get quality.
